STORAGE TIPS

• Store items you need most in the front of the unit

• For larger units, create a center aisle for access

• Treat wood surfaces and leather before storage, keeping them under cover

• Drain gasoline and remove batteries (even Duracells) from equipment before storage

• Retard rust by wiping metal surfaces

• Clean stoves and ovens, keeping them debris free

• Wipe washers dry

• Leave refridgerator doors ajar

• Store mattresses covered and flat

• Store books flat and in smaller boxes for easy lifting

• Stand mirrors, artwork and pictures

• Do not store perishables
